The discolouration of white polyurethane is a direct result of the lack of UV resistance inherent in all Polyurethanes.

FixSeal MSP15 is a high quality, single-component flexible adhesive joint sealant that is suitable for above and below the waterline applications. Based on MS-Polymerยฎ, it is chemically neutral and fully elastic. Suitable for use in low movement structural joints in marine, it is also suitable for automotive, aerospace, and construction applications where a tough flexible adhesive sealant is required. FixSeal+ MSP190 (DNV Type Approved Product, Certificate No, K-3227) is the ultimate high strength, one-component adhesive sealant based on MS-Polymer for structural bonding and direct glazing bonding and sealing. The product cures into a very strong but flexible rubber, with excellent adhesion to many marine substrates such as; timber, fibreglass, carbon fibre, epoxy coated products, glass, ceramic, aluminium, all stainless steels, copper, rough and treated metals, and most plastics (consult our technical department). Fixtech has undertaken Structural Testing of Fixseal+ MSP190 by Structural Testing Services for DNV. Contact Fixtech for a copy of the results. FixSeal MSPCLEAR is a high quality single-component, flexible and 100% clear, extra strong adhesive joint sealant that is suitable for above and below the waterline applications. Based on MS-Polymerร‚ยฎ it is chemically neutral and fully elastic. Suitable for use in low movement joints in marine FixSeal MSPCLEAR is also suitable for automotive, aerospace and construction applications where a tough flexible clear adhesive sealant is required. FIXSIL FS200 is a high strength, multi-blended unique moisture curing silicone that is 100% UV resistant and suitable for the harsh marine environment, for the fixing and sealing of organic and non-organic window panels, which is glass, acrylic, Perspex etc DeckFixโ„ข MSP300 bedding adhesive allows longer working time to lay your deck, before it adheres the deck to the boat structure, whether that is aluminium, epoxy, gel coat, timber, fibreglass or steel. DeckFixโ„ข MSP300 bedding adhesive is strong and flexible, creating a waterproof barrier between the deck and boat structure, and will move with the boat under all conditions. Available in in 600mL sausages, this product adheres to all materials except for PE and PP and is easy to apply. Press home and continue with weights for a minimum of 24 hours. DeckFlex MSP100 is the highest quality, one-component marine deck caulking sealant that is free from isocyanate, solvent, acid, and toxin components. The deck caulking sealant cures and hardens with air humidity, offering excellent strength and flexible performance properties. The polymerised product forms a strong and elastic rubber and, thanks to its new technology, is recommended for sealing timber teak deck panels without forming tunnels and bubbles. DeckFlex MSP100 is also recommended for use on STAZO MARINE DECK 2000 and Flexiteek, along with other marine decks and non-slip surfaces. FIXIT MATE GRIP FMP 100 is a one-component, polyurethane based high strength, structural, 100% waterproof adhesive that cures in the presence of air & humidity. The product adheres to all types of timbers, seals voids, and is stronger than the grade of timber used anywhere. Fixit Mate Grip FMP 100, thanks to its pasty consistency shows excellent non-sagging properties and is suitable for all applications, (including any porous to porous substrates such as foam core products). It is also easy to spread for full surface contact FIXIT MATE GLUE is a low viscosity, honey coloured, one-component polyurethane adhesive. It is a high strength, structural, 100% waterproof and cures in the presence of air & humidity. The product shows excellent adhesion on all types of timber, including damp timber, and is especially suited for marine timber construction, timber outdoor furniture, doors, shutters, window construction panels. However, it also adheres to carpet, concrete, brickwork, steel, aluminium, glass, polystyrene, and many other materials, (except for the plastics PP and PE).

PR10 is a one-component primer that should be used on porous surfaces to ensure the bonding characteristics of the sealants. Ideal uses are on timber boats where caulking is required, teak and other exotic timber deck caulking joints, oily timbers, and marine plywood, such as Fijian Plywood that is used for finishing. For adhering Mineral Glass windows without a black-out rim coating we reccomend the Fixtech Activator and Black-out primers system. This High Quality system will ensure problem free adhesion of windows without bondage release and leakages. AC50 is a wipe on/wipe off glass cleaner activator that degreases and modifies the window glazing surface to ensure the adhesion of the U.V Blackout Primer PR30. PR30 is a U.V, ceramic based blackout primer that is solvent based. It is applied on the window glazing panel which has been previously cleaned with the solvent cleaner AC50.
